The head of the Pan African Delegation in The Gambia has said that there is a lot more to do in Africa sespite the achievements in the creation of the African Union.
Taking part on a pan African panel on Monday evening, on Eyeafrica, Hon, Sidia Jatta said if Africa had created a continental army as suggested by the continent’s forefathers, it would have dealt with major crises on the continent.
Monday 25th May marked the 57th anniversary of the creation of what was initially known as the Organisation of Africa Unity. The day is celebrated worldwide as African Liberation Day.
