Both fans and players believe 2021 is their year but the government and Federation haven’t provided the support yet to match the fans dream.
Portsmouth based coach Idrissa Sallah pointed out that adequate preparations should be made and the neccesary things done to see the Scorpions at Africa’s biggest soccer fiesta.
” The mindset should change as a nation. First of all, how the Federation approache tournaments. The logistics, the technical aspect, and the media” Sallah told Eye Africa TV.
“A team does not only consist of 18 man squad and five officials as it entailsma lot. Qualification is not on the pitch only but off the pitch.”
Sallah further urged for a total structure which will include having the right people on board.
“If you don’t invest, you won’t find success.” He added.
