Elsewhere, the first international flight landed in Beijing on Thursday.
The Aeroplane, which hailed from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, arrived at the Airport at 6: 47.
The Chinese Civil Aviation Administration has recommended direct flights from countries with low risk of cross-border infection. These countries are Thailand, Cambodia, Pakistan, Greece, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, and Canada. Passengers boarding the Beijing-bound flights have to test Negative for Covid-19 before being allowed to board.
Upon arrival in China, passengers will undergo a 14 days medical observation.
Those who happened to portray symptoms of covid-19 or test positive for covid-19 will be relocated to designated hospitals as well as their close contacts.
In this trial period beginning on 3rd September, only 500 passengers per day will be allowed to land in China and the number may rise when the trial ends.
