EYEAFRICA TV: Banjul, THE GAMBIA: Deputy leader of the United Democratic Party Aji Yam Secka has earlier today confirmed signing coalition agreement on behalf of the party when Ousainou Darboe and other executive members were in prison.

She made this remark During a presentation ceremony of 32 footballs and D80,000 to 16 Football teams held at the U.D.P Bureau in Banjul.

Gambia’s current Foreign Affairs Minister and the party’s leader Ousianou Darboe had earlier challenged the veracity of claims by other coalition leaders that an agreement was signed by all parties.

Mr. Darboe’s statement prompted the PDOIS party leader Halifa Sallah to challenge anyone who deny that the coalition agreement was signed by all parties to a debate on national television. But Ms. Secka ’ remarks now seem to conclude that the said agreement was indeed signed by all parties.
